Interim Executive
All organizations face times where significant change is needed. Whether it's the long-term founder retiring, a reduction in funding or shifting focus by the Board - change is difficult. This is true for a leader who has been with the organization for a long time, and even more so for a new leader. In many cases, having an Interim Executive is the most effective way for an organization to identify and implement change.
Helping agencies identify and resolve deeply entrenched challenges has been my specialty. I've learned so much from helping individuals, teams, and leadership through change in all of my prior roles that I am now making this the focus of my work.
I can assist agencies by looking at challenges and opportunities with a non-biased lens. Whether it be financial management, board development, culture change, or other challenges, I have the experience and ability to provide more candid input to help the organization make the hard decisions that will set them for success in the future.
